Q1. is the session for couples/can i bring my birth partner
Yes, one other birth partner is very welcome, however due to limits of space we unfortunately cannot accommodate a third person

In Boldmere (off sunnybank road) and in Solihull (near Olton) on listed evenings 6.30-9.30pm (click here to see dates/book)

Q4 How many people will be at the session?
A maximum of five couples can be accommodated on the parent education courses
Q5 When should i attend?
Any time from 30-37 weeks pregnant is ideal and later if necessary right up to 40 weeks
Q6 What does the cost involve?
A three hour Midwife led discussion, development of a birth plan, a pack of notes/ access to a downloadable PDF , hot and cold beverages, biscuits and fruit
Q7 Do you offer any other parent education sessions ?
We recommend following up the practical birthing session with our 3 hour feeding and first aid programme. Course content is listed on website (click here to see dates/book)
Q8 What other Midwifery services do you offer ?
Pregnancy massage is provided at the treatment room in Boldmere from 14 weeks gestation . Ideal for specific pregnancy aches and pains and relaxation. We are currently developing a lactation consultant service for postnatal breast feeding problems however our Midwife Linda will happily answer any concerns you have around the pregnancy birth or early postnatal period ..just call or email her !
