Tough Mutha Workout Programme
TOUGH MUTHA is a specially designed post natal exercise programme for mums 6 months + with no upper limit as it’s functional, flexible and fun. It’s a challenging weekly workout combing cardio, HIIT, strength and conditioning work incorporating weights, boxing and a battle rope known affectionately to our clients as ‘the beast’. This is long term fitness for the female body combined with effective nutrition, amazing support and no expensive gyms contracts – offering convenient evening times and a daytime sessions which you can bring children to knowing that they will be looked after in our supervised children’s corner.
