We offer a personal training service at a time to suit you both for pregnancy and post natal period.  Jayne Hume our fitness lead is a pre and post natal fitness specialist with additional training in optimal nutrition. She is able to design a bespoke programme for you taking into account your individual needs. Includes videos and follow up support in between sessions. Our  initial consultation includes our nutritional and lifestyle screening questionnaire.
